Our signature single-origin dark roast brings out the rich dark chocolate characteristics that exemplify the coffees grown in the volcanic soil of the Sumatra Region of Indonesia. We take this roast up to second crack bringing out the full depth of flavor and producing a coffee that pairs exceptionally well with cream, or as a heavy-hitting single-origin espresso.
